RainbowAsia is thrilled to announce the eighth edition of our annual youth camp, EIGHT (8)!
Join us for an unforgettable experience in the heart of Singapore from 6th to 8th December 2024.
What is EIGHT (8)?
EIGHT (8) is a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ youths aged 18-30 to connect, grow, and explore their identities within a supportive community. Through workshops, activities, and shared experiences, we aim to foster camaraderie, personal growth, and unity, while equipping you with the skills to build an affirmative community.
Dates: 6-8 December 2024 (3 days, 2 nights)
Venue: To be disclosed to registered participants in November 2024
Fees:
- Regular Fee: $60
- Past Camp Alumni Discount: $50 (Proof of past camp participation required)
- Early Bird Discount: $50 (Sign-ups before 7 November)
- Referral Partner Discount: $50 (For selected referral partners only)
- Student Discount: $50 (Proof of valid student ID required)
- Bring a Friend Discount: $50 (Both individuals must sign up as a pair and indicate each other’s name in the sign-up form)
Important Notes:
- Limited Spots: We have a limited number of slots for local residents and foreign participants. Please select the correct ticket category when registering.
- Waitlist: If your desired ticket category is sold out, you can join our waitlist. We will contact you if a space becomes available by 29 November.
- Refunds: You can withdraw your registration on Peatix before payment. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.

We have a face-to-face payment process to allow campers to:
- Meet a camp representative
- Ask questions
- Sign the indemnity form
- A member of our organising committee will contact you to arrange payment. Please note that proxy payments are not allowed.

About RainbowAsia:
RainbowAsia is a registered non-profit organisation (UEN: 202313159D) that has been empowering marginalised queer youths for the past 15 years. We go beyond programmes to include research projects and media publications, all aimed at building a more inclusive community for LGBTQ+ youths in Singapore.

- Rainbow Parents 4 Rainbow Children: An interactive Theatre-in-Education workshop raising awareness of the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ youths.
- Camp Legends 2023: Our annual youth camp, bringing together nearly 40 GBQ youth participants and volunteers for workshops and mindful activities.
- Deaf Awareness Workshop: Promoting understanding and accessibility for the deaf community.
