Spill The Tea

Spill The Tea is RainbowAsia’s career development programme. Bringing together industry leaders from various sectors, this programme hopes to create a brave and supportive space where youth can have honest conversations about careers, identity, leadership, and navigating the working world authentically. Through intimate sharing circles, mentorship opportunities, industry dialogues, and practical career insights, participants gain both professional exposure and a stronger sense of belonging.

Many LGBTQ+ youths still face uncertainty when entering workplaces — from questions about inclusion and self-expression to concerns about psychological safety and representation. Spill the Tea bridges that gap by connecting youth with professionals, mentors, and allies who are willing to share their journeys openly and meaningfully.

At its core, Spill the Tea is about creating a future where LGBTQ+ youth do not simply survive in workplaces, but flourish in them. Career development is also about dignity, belonging, and being able to envision a future for yourself.
