Project COMPASS

Project COMPASS (Community-Owned Mentorship, Pathways and Affirming Support for Success) is RainbowAsia’s employment-navigation service for LGBTQ+ youth in Singapore, supported by the Aberdeen Group Charitable Trust.

The 15-month programme runs a fortnightly drop-in clinic for CV, interview and workplace-disclosure coaching, a mentorship network pairing youth with professionals in structured 6-month cycles, and Know Your Rights sessions on workplace protections under Singapore law.
